A timelapse camera to discover the evolution of the construction works on the Luxembourg pavilion

Since November 18th 2019, the website of the Luxembourg presence at EXPO 2020 DUBAI is transmitting live images of a timelapse camera installed on site.

The film allows everyone to discover the progress of the construction works on the Luxembourg pavilion at the Dubai World Fair, which will begin on 20 November 2020.

Luxembourg was the first country to officially confirm its presence at the Expo and work began in August 2019.

Currently, some 30 people work on the site, protected by very high worker welfare standards. Eventually, there will be more than 100 workers, out of a total of 35,000 workers throughout the site.

Have a look at the page www.luxembourgexpo2020dubai.lu/construction-progress, follow the construction works live and discover the creation of the pavilion (LINK) with its shape inspired by the Möbius ribbon.

As the work progresses, you will be able to watch the accelerated construction works in a film.

EXPO 2020 DUBAI will last six months -from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021- and the organizers expect a total of 25 million visitors from all over the world.

The World Expo, with its theme “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future”, aims to bring people together to celebrate innovation and ingenuity.
