GIE
The GIE Luxembourg @ Expo 2025 Osaka, founded by the Ministry of the Economy and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, is in charge of coordinating Luxembourg’s participation in Expo 2025 Osaka.
The GIE aims to guarantee the success of Luxembourg’s presence by bringing together different actors and highlighting the country’s innovations and strengths.

The areas of responsibility for the Ministry of the Economy, as outlined in the Grand Ducal decree regarding the establishment of Ministries, include:
Consumer Affairs, E-commerce and information security, Eco-technologies, Energy, External trade and investment, Health technologies, Import, export, and transit licenses, Industry, Information technologies, Infrastructures, Intellectual property, Internal market services, Logistics, Regional policies, Research and innovation, SMEs and entrepreneurship, Space technologies, Startup support structures, and Tourism. -
The Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg, as a professional chamber and public institution that represents all sectors of business other than agriculture and crafts (Chambre des Métiers), perceives its purpose and function as being the defender of the interests of its member companies.
Today, the Chamber of Commerce has some 90,000 affiliated members, accounting for 75% of total employment and representing 80% of GDP.
