The Team at the Luxembourg Pavilion in Osaka is ready
Of course, the Luxembourg Pavilion needs a permanent team on site to welcome and accompany all types of guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly during Expo2025Osaka. This team is now set and will have a full-time presence on site from 1st of March 2025 onwards:
- Nancy Braun, Deputy Director
- Manon Jungen, Head of Protocol
- Paul Kuffer, Head of Events
- Yannick Majerus, Head of Communication
- Christophe Nickels, Head of Operations
- Alain Hostert, Head of Food & Beverage Operations – EHTL Coordinator
Furthermore, have been hired six hospitality supervisors on a two-month voluntary basis to coordinate and collaborate with the Japanese hosts and hostesses working at the Pavilion.
The Food & Beverage department and the team working the outlets are supported by two groups of ten students from the EHTL (École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg) under the direction of Alain Hostert.
A total of around 55 staff members will be working in the Luxembourg Pavilion over the duration of the Expo2025Osaka.
The entire team is headed by the Director of the Luxembourg Pavilion, Daniel Sahr, who has been in Osaka since October 1, 2024.
