Prime Minister of Luxembourg visiting Expo 2025 Osaka
In the margins of his visit to Japan, the Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Luc Frieden, explored Expo 2025 Osaka on April 23rd, where he also visited the Luxembourg Pavilion at this world-renowned event shortly after its start.
Following a warm welcome by the Pavilion Team, the Prime Minister was given a guided tour of the Luxembourg Pavilion by Director Daniel Sahr, where he discovered the three acts of the permanent exhibition and their immersive scenography. He took a moment to meet with the students from the hospitality school EHTL who are supporting the Pavilion team, commending them for their dedication and valuable contribution. To round off his visit, the Prime Minister enjoyed a game on the Pavilion’s Keelebunn, adding a playful touch to the experience.
During his tour at the Expo site, he took in a brief walk along the iconic ‘Ring’ structure encircling the grounds to admire the full architectural beauty of the Luxembourg Pavilion, including its distinctive membrane roof. The Prime Minister`s visit also included a stop at the Japan Pavilion, highlighting the spirit of cultural and diplomatic exchange at the heart of the Expo.
