The GIE Luxembourg @ Expo 2025 Osaka is an economic interest group created by the State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Chamber of Commerce to plan, build, operate and dismantle the Luxembourg Pavilion at World Expo 2025 Osaka.

The areas of responsibility for the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defense, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, as outlined in the Grand Ducal decree regarding the establishment of Ministries, include:
International relations, European politics, international economic relations, hosting of European and international institutions, economic promotion and investment prospection, coordination and implementation of development cooperation and humanitarian action policy, general defense policy, and international defense cooperation policy. -
The Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg, as a professional chamber and public institution that represents all sectors of business other than agriculture and crafts (Chambre des Métiers), perceives its purpose and function as being the defender of the interests of its member companies.
Today, the Chamber of Commerce has some 90,000 affiliated members, accounting for 75% of total employment and representing 80% of GDP.
